Privacy and cookies policy

§.1 General

Synergia Południe Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. seated at ul. Kolejowa 57, 41-602 Katowice is the data controller. Personal data are protected in line with the applicable legal regulations, and they are stored on secured servers.
For better understanding of this text the term 'User' was replaced with 'You', 'Controller' - 'We'.
The term 'RODO' means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
We respect the right to privacy and care for the security of data.
For these purposes, among other things, the Secure Sockets Layer protocol is applied for the data sent in forms.
The personal data provided in the contact form are treated as confidential and they are not visible to unauthorized persons. The contact form placed on the website is not used to collect the data provided through it in a database, but only to send them to our e-mail address.

§2. Data Controller

The person supervising the personal data for our company may be contacted at the e-mail address provided on Contact. We do not provide the personal data to entities other than the ones authorized under the relevant legal regulations.
The personal data are processed exclusively by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we closely cooperate. We take due care to properly protect the provided personal data, in particular against making them available to unauthorized persons.

§3. Cookies

We use cookies - small text files sent via a WWW server and stored on your WWW browser. When the browser is re-connected with our page, the website recognizes the type of appliance from which you are connecting. The parameters allow to read the information contained in them only to the server which created them. Cookies facilitate using the websites that were visited in the past.

The collected data are used to monitor and check how users use our WWW page in order to streamline the operation of the service by providing more effective and trouble-free navigation. We use Google Analytics to monitor the information on users, which records the behaviour of the users on the page.
Only analytical cookie files are used on our website, which allow to collect information on the manner of use of the service web pages. The user may at any time switch off or restore the cookie gathering option by changing the settings of the web browser.

The Google Analytics tool, which is used by our WWW page, does not store the data which allow Google to identify persons (e.g. name, social insurance number or E-mail address) or ones that will permanently identify a given device (e.g. the unique mobile phone identifier which may not be re-set).
